Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@zlligetiles.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Details of the item you wish to return.
  • Reason for the return (e.g., damaged, defective, incorrect item).

We will provide you with return instructions and the address to which the item should be shipped. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed photos of the damage and the packaging to contact@zlligetiles.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production or shipping processes might have begun.
