Zellige Bathroom Tiles
Zellige suits bathrooms well. The glazed face is easy to wipe clean, the colours stay rich in humid rooms, and the uneven surface makes even a small bathroom feel crafted. Our tiles are made by hand in Fez, Morocco.
Where to use zellige in a bathroom
- Vanity wall: a full wall of zellige behind the sink is a strong focal point.
- Bathtub surround: run the tile from the tub to the ceiling for a clean, finished look.

Choosing a colour
Pale greens such as Tidepool and Tulum, soft blues such as Skylight and Glacier Blue, and warm whites such as Casablanca are the most popular bathroom glazes. For a bolder room, try pink zellige or a deep Night Blue. Light grout keeps the pattern visible; grout close to the tile colour makes the wall read as one surface.
Care
Wipe the tiles with a soft cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads and strong acids, which can dull the glaze and the grout. Seal the grout after installation, as you would with any tiled bathroom.
